Residential Yard Waste Collection in Lander
Wyoming Waste Systems is excited to announce we will be offering Yard Waste Curbside Pickup in Lander this year. We will be running this program from May 1st – September 30th.
By keeping yard waste out of the landfill you are helping to decrease the impact of greenhouse gases released into the Earth’s atmosphere, create jobs, and create valuable compost. You also leave more space in your regular trash cans for your normal trash needs.
We offer a separate container for your yard waste. Below are the items we do and do not accept in these yard waste specific containers.
We DO accept - leaves, weeds, prunings, grass clippings, brush and wood materials up to four inches in diameter and under five feet in length.
We DO NOT accept – NO food, household waste, paper or plastic bags, dirt, rocks, pet waste, or branches over 4 inches in diameter or over 5 feet in length.
