EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS

Medical

Wyoming Waste Systems offers a choice three medical plans - a High PPO plan, Low PPO plan and the High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). The plans have the same network of providers and facilities and include preventive care coverage at 100%.

Dental

The Wyoming Waste Systems dental plan helps pay the cost of dental expenses. It is designed to encourage preventative dental care. Employees may use any provider they choose, but they will generally save money if using a dentist in the network.

Vision

The Wyoming Waste Systems vision plan offers access to quality vision care and helps the employee save money on eye exams, eye glasses and contact lenses.

Income Protection Plans

Life Insurance

Wyoming Waste Systems offers life and AD&D insurance coverage at no cost to the employee. In addition, employees may elect more coverage for themselves, their spouse and/or their children.

Short Term Disability

Wyoming Waste Systems offers a company-paid short term disability benefit to replace a portion of the employee's income when they are unable to work due to a non-work related injury or health condition. Additional short term disability coverage can be purchased on top of the company-paid benefit.

Long Term Disability

Wyoming Waste Systems offers company-paid long term disability benefit to replace a portion of the employee's income when they cannot work for an extended period of time. Additional long term disability coverage can be purchased on top of the company-paid benefit.

401(k)

Wyoming Waste Systems offers a 401(k) plan with a generous employer match. The plan provides a wide range of investment options, including a suite of Target Date funds that are based on expected retirement dates.

Additional Benefits

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Wyoming Waste Systems provides an EAP for extra support in dealing with challenging issues at home or work. This program is provided at no cost to the employee.

Emergency Travel Assistance

Wyoming Waste Systems provides an emergency travel assistance program to help in finding medical care or services when traveling more than 100 miles from home.

Prepaid Legal Plan

Wyoming Waste Systems offers a voluntary prepaid legal plan benefit. Employees may enroll in the coverage for prepaid legal services for a variety of different legal matters, such as will and estate planning and family law.
